Conference of Community Leaders

brings together Cherokees from across the reservation and the country to learn, connect, and inspire

one another, and this year is no different. With the theme, “Strengthening our Communities for the

Next Seven Generations,” we celebrate the generations of Cherokee citizens who have worked together

to strengthen our tribe through grassroots leadership and our shared values, like the enduring spirit of

Gadugi - working together for the greater good.

The efforts and passion of citizens like you make all this possible. The leadership you show in your

communities, whether it’s through local boards, cultural programs, or volunteer service, helps fuel the

momentum behind everything we do. The work we commit to today will help shape a brighter, more
