1. Disrespectful, belligerent, or offensive behaviors
2. Intentional disruptions/obstruction of lawful activities of the Cherokee Nation or it’s members
3. Disorderly conduct including, but not limited to libel and/or slander
4. Failure to comply with directions of Cherokee nation officials/security, including administrative officials, presenters, and Cherokee Nation staff
5. Active, passive, willful, or deliberate disruption of any class, workshop, or studio
6. Physical harm or threat of physical harm to any person or persons, including but not limited to assault, sexual abuse, or other forms of physical abuse
7. Physical, verbal, oral, or written harassment beyond the bounds of protected free speech that is directed at specific individual(s) and can be easily construed as “fighting words.” Harassment likely to cause an immediate breach of peace
8. Theft, damage, and/or vandalism of personal property/Cherokee Nation property/services, or illegal possession/use of the same
9. Unauthorized entry, use, or occupation of Cherokee Nation facilities that are locked, closed, or otherwise restricted as to use
In addition, this conference is provided by Cherokee Nation and the content of the conference is property of the Cherokee Nation. Participants shall not duplicate, copy, or reproduce the conference content without the express permission of the Cherokee Nation.
Please remember that you are representing your organization during this conference. Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organization are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. No political activity shall be allowed during this conference by any participant.
Any participant that behaves in such a manner may be asked to leave the conference and that participant’s attendance will not be counted toward the organization’s minimum hours of training. As stated above, it is our intention to provide a safe, healthy, and non-intimidating environment that encourages participants to stretch their knowledge, skills, and creativity.
